Return Policy

 Pro Golf is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a NO hassle return policy. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase simply return it within 30 days (14 days for apparel) for a 100% refund.

 The original purchase receipt and packaging materials must accompany returned items.  Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.  Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs, if any, are not refundable.

 The following products may NOT be returned:  

1.  Special orders

2.  Custom golf clubs

3.  Demo or used clubs

4.  Closeouts, clearance items and apparel sale items

 This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days [14 days for apparel] of your receipt of the merchandise. Exceptions may apply for gift items purchased in advance.  Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Pro Golf of Bend.  Refunds will be based on the original method of payment, or in-store credit.

 Defective Products/Warranty Claims:

Defective products may be returned at any time while still under the manufacturer's warranty period.  Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer and details are included with most products (or see store for details).

30-Day Play Guarantee

 Your complete satisfaction is very important to us at Pro Golf of Bend. In an effort to provide the highest level of confidence when making a purchase, we are proud to offer our exclusive 30-Day Play Guarantee.

It’s simple, just follow these steps.

1.   If you are not satisfied with the performance of your new item(s), simply return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive full in-store credit towards the purchase of alternate “like” equipment (e.g., iron set for iron set, putter for putter).  No cash will be returned.

2.   The 30-Day Play Guarantee is valid on NEW iron sets, wood(s), hybrid(s), wedge(s) and putter(s) purchases only and does not apply to pre-owned/used clubs.

3.   Only clubs returned with normal wear and not permanently damaged or abused will be accepted under this policy (i.e., no pop-up marks, dings, chips, etc.)  Defective equipment will be handled in compliance with manufacturers’ warranty policy. 

4.   Metal woods, hybrids and putters returned without the original head cover will cause a $10 fee to be deducted from the return credit.

5.   Limit one exchange per purchase.  After the second time, returns will be handled under our Club Trade-in Program.

6.   Clubs returned after the 30-day period and clubs returned without the original receipt will be handled under our Club Trade-in Program and the customer will receive current "blue book" value for the item(s).

7.   Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

8.   Custom club orders where the clubs are built to non-standard specifications are excluded from this offer. Any alterations from the original manufacturer’s specifications void this offer.

9.   The Pro Golf 30-Day Play Guarantee policy is valid only at Pro Golf of Bend, where the item(s) were purchased

Low Price Guarantee

Pro Golf of Bend will match or beat any locally advertised price by an authorized reseller in Central Oregon. 

The price match must be a legitimate and verifiable price/quote on the identical in-stock item. 

Guarantee does not apply to services, special orders, manufacturers’ restrictions, ad errors, competitors’ limited quantity or one-of-a-kind offers, closeouts, buying groups or member discounts, manufacturers’ rebates, gift with purchase, or prices from unauthorized dealers. Price includes shipping and handling.
